Vinification:
The grapes are destemmed and subjected to a short cold skin maceration. Fermentation, after soft pressing, proceeds slowly, at a controlled temperature of 18 ºC.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WINE:

Produced with Nebbiolo grapes

  • Color: the color is pink, the reflections tend to violet.
  • Bouquet: the intensity and aromatic complexity of this wine are remarkable. The scents of "sanateur" candies stand out, gummy liquorice flavored with violet, and jellies with fruit pulp, strawberry and wild cherry.
  • Flavour: confirms the sensations perceived on the nose, interesting, fresh, balanced between alcohol and acidity, pleasant aromatic persistence in the aftertaste.
  • Food pairings: it accompanies aperitifs, starters, fish and white meats.
  • Serving temperature: served chilled 11-12°C.
