Vinification:
after a short skin maceration and soft pressing, the must is fermented in a steel tank at a temperature of 17-18°C. The wine is aged for a long time on the fine lees, with frequent batonnage.

Produced with Chardonnay grapes

  • Color: Inviting straw yellow with beautiful greenish reflections.
  • Bouquet: On the nose you can recognize fruity, apple and citrus notes.
  • Taste: Rightly acidic and fresh, it has an interesting aroma in the mouth
  • Food pairings: Accompany white meat and fish dishes.
  • Serving temperature: 11-12°C
